OK I've put my property on Rentify (the basic free listing service)

In addition they have a number of 'letting bundles' available - see page below. Does anyone have experience with using these?

I can't access the letting bundles- need to be logged in...

And the URI node /5MNV/ is specific to one of your properties.

Jury's still out on Rentify. I gave them all the info they asked for including gas certificate etc but still the ad didn't appear. When I asked why they said I had to send proof of ownership - something they don't mention at all on the website.

Grrr - this is wasting precious days when I could be advertising and seeing potential tenants!

What does rent processing mean?

Upad do something similar, and there's a £40 voucher off their service, so you can get the same thing for £59. I've only heard good things about them: http://www.propertyinvestmentproject.co.uk/blog/how-to-advertise-your-buy-to-let-on-rightmove/

£99 seems a bit expensive for that package in my opinion. Although in the grand scheme of things, much cheaper than a high-street agent. So all good either way.

Secure online rent collection?  I get my T's to pay straight into my bank so have that for free.

Deposit protection - I wouldn't pay someone to do something that's so simple yet so important to get right at the same time.
