I just googled my tenants name and he is on the list of people who were convicted and sentenced to jail for 16 weeks  this year.

I can't get hold of his next of kin either.

I can't get hold of him either for the past 6 weeks and he is 2 months behind.

Already going to serve Section 8 (cant do 21 as missed some steps that I didnt know of).

Any ideas?

Section 8 ground 8 should work and has the shortest notice.

Or wait for him to be released in a few weeks (most criminals are usually eligible for release on parole half way through their sentence).
