There isn't a question here.

It's just some announcements.

Does your landlord know that you are subletting ?

She probably has every right to sue you if you don't have permission or an agreement with your landlord to sub-let or you haven't followed the law on giving notice.
If you don't have an agreement with the landlord and he or she finds out then you will find your bags packed too and you will be looking for shelter too. I imagine they would also sue you.

If your landlord is aware and has agreed to you renting out the rooms your position would be as follows.
As long as the tenant was a room rental/lodgers agreement, you can evict this person lawfully and usually within 24 hours.  If they haven't paid the rent there is a high chance they will pursue a court case and if they do any good legal representative would advise against this.
