Good evening.
I have a property in a block of four.
Two owner occupiers, my property and flat next door rented out.
Issues since tenants next door to my property moved in at start of year.
They've used other people's bins, left food waste strewn around the bins. Dumped an old TV in the communal area, parked a bicycle outside my door, played loud music and generally just been inconsiderate to other residents. Went to property last night at 5pm and the "music" was ridiculously loud.
They have more than the two occupants allowed as per the lease, don't know if they work or not. They are Eastern European.
Myself and owner occupiers in the block have made numerous complaints to the leasing agency, who are also the factors of the property.
The agent carried out an inspection and found no issues.
They seem too scared to take action and did admit that these tenants have a "reputation" at the leasing agents. I advised the agents I would ask them myself to move the bicycle and they strongly advised me not to.
I contacted the Landlord and anti social behaviour dept at the Council and they said they would post leaflets in the property re the noise but nothing else they can do.
Nice area and quiet, pleasant block of four until they arrived, any advice? Thanks in advance.

Normal channels must be followed... that's the Council. Not the Landlord. Not the Agent.

Stuffed one in the asbo tenants mailbox and stuck one on the communal notice board.
Hope they get the message 🤔
