Hi, I need to have an assured tenancy agreement for 2 student tenants,
I usually use one from the RLA.
One tenant can pay monthly, the other cannot get a UK guarantor so will be paying for the whole year.
How do I show this on the contract?

I'd give them a contract each, I can't see any other way personally.
