well here is one more for the record, husband and I split up and he been living in our rented house, and i been paying to keep the house from being repossessed. He there with various, plus son, who has the tenancy agreement, on benefits. And just heard that the the tenancy is illegal because we not meant to rent to family members. OUr BTL mortgage compaany has told me.

So husband there illegally, step son thinks he got tenancy but he hasnt, and it is in arrears with mortgage company,how on earth do I deal with this? please read and make a comment idf it can help? thanks
