Hi there.

My letting agent has told me that the tenants have seen 3 "bugs" in the flat. They want me, the landlord to send an exterminator out to fix the problem.

They look like silverfish to me.

Can anyone let me know where I stand on this? Is this an infestation that is serious?

Don't think that I should have to pay but would like other opinions please.
