I like property

« on: November 11, 2019, 10:08:47 PM »

I know this has been asked a gazillion times no doubt, but I wish to give notice on my tenant. Iíll allow her at least 2 months notice. However I want to be 100% I wonít leave anything out. Can anyone clarify exactly what I need to give the tenant and also why to do to prove I have issued it all.

Once again I know itís probably in the FAQ but I have limited time and I am Dyslexic. Many thanks

There's a handy flowchart here: https://nearlylegal.co.uk/section-21-flowchart/

Download the PDF, print it off and work through it step by step.
