Hi there
Having read the recent damp post I realise I am lucky. After an inspection my tenants did start opening the window - only to get burgled poor things! Now we need a new window and its a chance for me to get a good extractor fan fitted at the same time
The glazing company have been hopeless at recommending what to fit. The Bathroom opens onto a walkway so it is a security risk to have a big fan fitted into the larger window as apparently they can get punched in. So I prefer a smaller one to go into the small window opening at the top
I dont mind spending money on this as it is always a problem so advice on one that is
mains connected
ideally with a humidity sensor so it comes on with or without the light when needed
that is quiet so it doesn't upset the tenants
and meets any building regs for landlords that I should (but dont) know about
would be great
