I have a tenant in rent arrears for 2 months, I have served her a section 8 notice,

Can any one have experience with a good agent for evicting a tenant?

what their fees are?

Where are you based? I'll do it for a Score!

( Why do you need someone to do this? you should really be able to just go round collect the keys, inspect, chat about the deposit etc)

I am based in London, the flat is in East London (Forest gate)
