In your experience, what is the best time to start advertising a rental property?

If advertising too early you get no interest for the flat while the ad drops to the bottom of the listings. If advertising to late you reduce your chances of finding a tenant in time. In case it matters, I am looking to let my 2 bedroom flat in Central London.

Advertise it on free website www.buysellanything.co.uk with available from date. As alot of people look for properties a month or two ahead before they want to move to new place.Give it ago.
