Hope someone on here can answer this question, though it may have been asked before. I thought the epc upgrade was dead and buried but I have just learned it's back for 2030.
I only have one house which I rent out, my tenant at the moment has been I there for 3 years. The band on the epc at the moment is d, Will I have to upgrade to c  or is this only for Social housing associations I have read conflicting ideas, if I have to upgrade to d I will sell up as its not worth the investment for what I get back in rent, any help appreciated.

The key piece of information here is... 2030.
