I have been contacting all the letting agents in my area but to no avail.  Time is running out and we are getting extremely anxious. Rental property needed for mature couple [60].This is through no fault of our own. We are looking for a rental property for long let in any condition as willing to do decorating, minor repairs and provide floor coverings. Would like some sort of garden or yard and a bit of outside storage. Must allow my 2 german shepherds. They are fully insured. House, cottage, caravan or bungalow within easy driving distance to Worthing for my work. Rural is not a problem. Would even consider including part time work e.g cleaning, caring etc [over 25yrs experience]
We are quiet, reliable and trustworthy and due to my husband being on long term sick, after being attacked and injured at work, we have to claim housing benefit to top up the rent.
