Hi maybe a silly question
But are any of you landlords for tenants who work from home as childminders?

The reason I ask this is that some childminders in my area cannot rent a property if they are a childminder from home, why would this be the case is it insurance or something

I'd imagine its to do with security of tenure.

I have had tenants who look after children.

They always want to paint the bedroom purple.

That is probably the reason.
