I have been to Court and got a possession order on Ground 8 - "Rent Arrears"..for 2nd April.     The tenant has not moved out.   So next step bailiffs I suppose.  Is there a time limit within which I have to get a bailiffs order ( form  N325) as i am going awat for a while and dont want the hassle before I go.?

HI ive done the possession order and then gone for the bayliffs £110 !! the tenant soon realised once it had gone past the possession stage he then had weeks and weeks till i had to apply then for an eviction and then bayliffs in the mean while loosing more rent !! and paying out more. But once he seen the eviction notice it he knew he wud get out when the balifts came ! ( he did on the day ! or night before ! when we got there he v kindly put a huge lock on his door and bailed owing us over a grand !!)
