Hi,

I am a product design student looking to redesign a portable dehumidifier.

The main issue with current dehumidifiers on the market is not only its undeveloped aesthetics appearance, but also the ineffective light indicator for when the water tank is full. This often leaves the user neglecting to empty the water tank.

For anyone who's used a dehumidifier before, have you ever had problems with emptying the water tank and has resulted in mould growth inside the machine? Also any information about your experience with dehumidifiers would be helpful!
