Hi, I'm after a little bit of advice, I served my tenants a section 21 notice 2 months ago and they have failed to leave the property. Can anybody help me as to what to do next and where to get the information from? Thank you

Out of curiosity, are your tenants still paying rent?

Yes at the moment they are still paying rent.

Situation could be worse then. Maybe they need more time to find a place.

Have you asked them why they haven't vacated? Probably worth talking to them before taking legal action... just my opinion though!
