Hi, had tenant on, foxes are going through garden, said dog was out and got attacked.  First, should I offer to pay vets bill? Second, how do I get rid of foxes? Thanks

Foxes are not your problem, you've let a property to the property not adopted them. This is the tenant's problem because there's nothing you can do to guarantee to keep a fox out.

Why on earth would you or the tenant think this was a landlord responsibility?  Foxes are wild creatures,  like birds or hedgehogs.  They have young at present,  so may be more defensive. It is unusual for them to enter a garden with a dog in it.  What do you mean " get rid of foxes " ? Are you thinking of getting those twats on horseback on the case?
