Hy all, my first post so hello to all.
I have a tenant who owes almost £3,000 in arrears , this has been dragging on and buildin for two years so I have been as patient  as I possibly could, I've got a court hearing in January for repossesion ,
But what's the best way to attempt to recover the debt ? She is working  in the prison service on good wages  just chooses not to pay rent or even give a reason.
Do I go through small claims court now. Or when she's left ? Do I apply for an attachment of earnings or a ccj what's the best way to attempt to get  something back ?
