Hi landlords,

I am a landlord (got two long-term rented properties) and it also happened that I am an avid Android developer. Given this wonderful combination, I took the initiative to create an app that takes care of all things landlord! Yes that's right - all the troubles and hassles that a landlord goes through, have been all put in place to be taken care of in an App that I have developed. And that's why I have created this topic - to share this wonderful app with you and how my life as a landlord became easier using this app to manage my leases.

When you have a new tenant to get into a rental agreement to rent your property, the app can be used to register the tenant and create a new lease. Input a few details for the lease and from then on, the app reminds you about due payments, how payments received and the total income for that lease. Imagine that being tracked for all the leases! All this trouble has become more easily manageable thanks to this app - Property Lease Manager.

The app is also able to synchronize with other devices so that you can use it also on your tablet!
