Hi. I am about to become a brand new landlord and embarking on getting my home up to scratch. I am renting out our family home and would like to know what other landlords do with picture hooks? Do you leave them for the next family to use? If i remove them i will have to repaint in a few rooms as some of them will definately need repair work?
Please advise?
