Hi,

Wondering if you could help.

My property is going to be empty until I find new tenants. My current insurer will only insure for 30 days.

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced insurer that I can use for the interim period, maybe another 4-5 weeks.

Sorry not a reply, just having the same problem. In the process of buying a property and will need 4-6 weeks to install gas supply and central heating. Difficult to find an insurer when the property is empty. Is the cost of your present insurer prohibitive? or just the 30 day term?

Go to a high street broker, they can find them for you, it's about 20% more with just buildings no contents.

My current insurer will only provide very basic insurance post 30 days.

Any recommended brokers?
