My gas safety cert was due to be renewed on my rental propert at the end of March. The tenant is self isolating for a while so has denied access. The local council requires a copy of the cert as part of their good landlord scheme
Where do I stand on this??

Have you contacted them to ask if they are making allowances for lockdown? I had to postpone an EPC as both the tenant and contractor cancelled.I sent an email to the council to that effect.I think it is highly unlikely that anyone will be penalised as long as action is taken asap after lockdown ends.
