Hi

I have just started eviction process for a tenant who is in a lot of rent arrears. When they rented property they rented large drive, garden, paddock and stables. What are they legally entitled through during the eviction process, just the house or more. We desperately need to genereate income from the property to cover the mortgage

Not 100% certain but I'd put money on it being the whole of the property as it was originally rented out.  I can't see how you can legally stop them using any of it.

They have a right to live in peace and harmony without being harassed by the landlord. Entering the property as described on the tenancy agreement without 24 hours notice could lead to your arrest.
