How many of your Tenants do you think may be taken by surprise this Christmas, just like they are every Christmas, and have trouble paying their rent?

Christmas comes around every year, seems as regular as clockwork to me... but it turns out to be a surprise quite often. It's unpredictable like that for some folk.

Shortfalls on rent has already started for me!!

I have 1 Tenant who I expected would lapse... and has. Now there'll be a need for a mini payment plan to get her back on track in the first few months of next year. Obviously, I'm not cruel, so the payment plan won't start in January... we'll leave it until February.
