Heard today house prices are going to go down that much and will peak out down at 2004 average prices.
On the next breath, this guy also said they will come back up again, fukc me, rocket science.
So if this is to be true, what can we expect now we have been given a figure,

Yes fag a good option to go by, i have said this from the start.
People should keep their own councils until they feel the pinch themselves. otherwise it just aint worth worrying about.
Sometimes its better being small, if ya know what i mean
