Can someone please give me some advice. We have tenants moving in tomorrow. If we have relied on Open Rent for our tenancy agreement and credit checks etc.are we covered to take the copies of passports, residency permits and bank statements without providing extra explanation for data protection. We have joined ICO. If we need to give explanations in writing ourselves what type is needed. TIA
