As we are on the Vegas theme at the moment, i started to think about the guy who started the light bulb shop and the guy who started the carpet shop in Vegas many years ago who are well minted now.
It started me thinking about other places in the world where if you started up as a trader before a place was developed then you could be in for a killing.
The place you brought wouldnt be that expencive as the area hasnt been developed yet, you get my drift.
Anyway i have come up with a place in Cyprus that has been ear marked as the next play ground for the rich and famous and there are rumblings there already.  Anyway the place is on the south east side on the border of Turk and Greek and its between paralimni and Amochostos.
Would anyone buy a business based on this kind of info, do people infact buy on this kind of info and do well.  Would be interesting to find out.
