Hi All, another question for you, thanks for your help.

So, there is a non-trivial chance that in the next several years I'll share property with a sibling.

Sibling has zero interest in management - let's say they are overseas - and agreeable to any fair plan.

With 50% ownership, can you take an uneven income, OR, can one party bill a % of the other party's income as management expenses.
