Hi,

Would someone please recommend a rental property specific balance sheet reference guide?
I have found plenty of generic references, but would like a reference that specifically details rental property (service related) guidance.  To be the kind of thing I'm looking for it should be able to answer questions like; what are the property rental specific allowances, give examples and where they map to the balance sheet.  It should be able to help me clearly understand (ideally) with worked examples subjects such as - cost of goods sold et al.

I am an experience landlord and accountant, and I have absolutely no idea what you are going on about.

Are you in the UK?

I suspect not.

Also deductions and allowances would be in regard to the Profit and Loss account and not the balance sheet?
