Talk of .25 coming off.  that takes one of my mortgages below 700 quid a roonies.

Regardless, fingers crossed there will be a drop. I got a letter a few days ago, telling me my rates will be dropping!!

Unfortunately there's like a 2/3 month delay from the previous drop in the base rate, before my lender actually reflects on the rates.

Right, today is the big day! Many predict a 0.25% drop, but some are even saying 0.50%!
