I wanted to tell you about the green deal scheme

so you and your tenants could benefit from energy saving installations with no up front cost or no cost at all

I've been waiting for more information on this since I registered on the forum. I feel a bit let down.

You have to pay £120 per visit for them to tell you  that you can get £6000 cash back on external cladding, but have to use an approved contractor whose price is £6000 more than an approved contractor. Bargain!
