Dear all,

As one of the five owners of our building, I have a quick question about insurance.

We all contribute to a shared insurance policy that covers the entire building. I rent my flat out, and it is furnished. I was wondering if I need to take out a separate building insurance policy, or if I just need a landlord's policy to cover contents, liability, and loss of rent, etc.

Your advice would be much appreciated.
