Hey my repayments have fallen by 70£pm, for the first time in 2 years i am am in profit lol
Anyone else in the same boat

I've had the opportunity for my repayments to drop, but I continued paying the same rate so I make overpayments each month...

Has the lower interest rate finally kicked in for you, SB?

It has done for a while, its just that i bothered to check, that i found out 

I got a letter through yesterday from Birmingham Midshire; they decreased my repayments!! Woohoo! That's like the 3rd time in 6 months! Good times!

I'm looking forward to more drops!

May even get my payments down to 500 pm, mind you then the tax man is going to start sniffin around for some capital gains tax !

I always make sure I'm not making any capital gains from my rent, otherwise shit gets complicated!
