I contacted an accountant so he can sort out my accounts, when i told him i had a repayment BTL he thought i made a mistake, once i put him straight he told me i was very lucky not to have an interest only morgage.

Does anybody know why i'm lucky?

He is however correct in his belief most BTL greedy bastard Landlords only ever finance with Interest Only mortgages.

He is confusing greed, and subsequent bankruptcy with Luck.
