Just been to see my mortgage broker. The best deal he could find is:

Residential mortgage
5.69%
2 year fixed rate
£999 arrangement fee, including survey and legal fees.

Anyone find anything better?

Yeah, NR are going to do the same on the 1st of December. That's why I need to remortgage.

That's a pretty good deal you've found. I don't think there are better mortgage deals.
