Hello,

I currently have one property held under a limited company. The property has an estimated value you £40,000. I am trying to find a way of financing a property costing £55,000.00.

Having looked around, I just cannot find any lenders willing to do mortgages on limited companies. Those that do, do so in the form of a business loan (short terms & high-interest rates).

Anyone have any experience with this issue, perhaps anywhere to go for help?
